Step 1: Inspect & Pre-Treat

We begin with a full inspection of every area, identifying high-traffic zones, stains, and any specific concerns you have.
All stains are carefully pre-treated using targeted, pH-balanced, non-toxic solutions that start breaking down marks without bleaching or damaging fibres.
Furniture is gently moved (and returned), corners and edges are hand-detailed, and protective corner guards and floor runners are placed to keep your home spotless during the job.

Step 2: Deep Clean & Sanitize

Powerful truck-mounted (or portable where access requires) hot-water extraction injects purified hot water and our residue-free cleaning solution deep into the fibres.
Temperatures of up to 90–100 °C and high-pressure rinsing kill bacteria, dust mites, and allergens on contact while flushing out ground-in soil, pet odours, and pollutants.
We use industry-leading extraction power to remove virtually all of the moisture along with the dirt – far more effective than DIY or basic rental machines.

Step 3: Fresh Finish & Satisfaction

A final grooming and turbo-drying pass leaves carpets and fabrics standing perfectly, with drying times typically 2–4 hours (instead of 24+ hours with lesser methods).
Optional light deodorisation with your choice of subtle Cherry, Vanilla, or Banana fragrance (or completely fragrance-free if preferred).
Full walk-through inspection with you under good lighting. If anything is not 100% to your satisfaction, we re-clean the area free of charge immediately – guaranteed in writing in your Ideal Clean Ltd contract.
