At IdealClean, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services and a positive experience for every client. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our services, we’re here to help.
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unhappy with the results of your cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will review your concern and, if appropriate, offer one of the following resolutions:

A re-cleaning of the affected areas at no additional cost, or

A partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

You report your concern within 24 hours of the service completion.

The issue is directly related to the quality of cleaning provided.

You have not altered or cleaned the area yourself before our team has had a chance to inspect or correct the issue.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Services performed more than 24 hours prior to your report.

Issues outside of the agreed-upon cleaning scope.

Situations beyond our control (e.g., permanent stains, damage due to wear and tear, or structural issues).
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund (if prepaid).

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may incur a cancellation fee of [X% or flat rate].

No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
